Simon is putting his ongoing changing views and values to practical and direct use in his field of business; making a living while introducing new critical thinking to groups and businesses. He speaks about the importance of 'self-work' and modelling ongoing learning to his own family. Targeting specific tools to appropriate audiences, he provides many examples of what approaches have been most useful on his ongoing journey. Through his 'Conscious Futures' business, his changing value system is leading him next to move directly into children's education through the classroom.
