Steve Tighe is a competitive person who found foresight when he was looking for a better way to develop strategy. What he found was scenarios and his career path has been spent in trying to perfect that method. Listen to Steve explain his approach to scenarios - the combination of structure and creativity; and facilitating the process so that no-one is left behind. Finally Steve explains his upcoming book, Rethinking Strategy, and the philosophy behind that.
