Tanja is a German engineer who was schooled in the German futures tradition of empiricism, trends and scenarios as rigourous approaches to anticipating the future. She then embarked on an adventure to Australia where she completed the Master of Strategic Foresight and discovered alternative futures, metaphor and idea of creating, not just anticipating the future. She might have once described herself as a technician and now she calls herself a spacewalker and coach. She is so passionate about the Future of small autonomous work teams that she is creating her own network of freelancers called FuturesSpace.
