EP 76: Raising our Personal Complexity Capacity - Thomas Gauthier

Thomas Gauthier is Professor in the Strategy and Organization department at Emlyon Business school in Lyon, France.

He serves as Course Director for the Disrupted Futures program. Disrupted futures is a core course in the school’s Master of Science in Management, International MBA, and Executive MBA curricula. Disrupted futures is a live case-based course in which participants apply newly acquired knowledge and competencies to help a real organization anticipate multiple, alternative futures.

As a researcher, Thomas is exploring how organizations may learn to "use the future(s)" to navigate unchartered waters. He is an experienced strategic foresight and scenario planning process facilitator. He has recently published a strategic foresight handbook with EPFL Press in Lausanne, Switzerland.
