Jerome C Glenn is the co-founder and CEO of the Millennium Project. He has over 40 years of futures research experience working for governments, international organizations and private industry.
Jerome explains how the Millennium Project was established as a deliberate response to the traditional form of closely-held futures research. His view is that there are two distinct mindsets to futures research, the Mystic and the Technocrat, and also the prejudice that is inherent in pre-judging the future. He invented the Futures Wheel as a way to make futures thinking accessible to pre-schoolers and it ended up as a very useful tool for adults as well.
