EP 88: Finding the Gap in the Future - Tyler Mongan

Tyler Mongan was well down the path to becoming a doctor and then after a trip to Hawaii he could no longer see that vocation in his future. Instead he developed an approach for groups to get to their future based on scientific and mindfulness processes. His latest work uses Bernard Baars’ theory of the global neuronal workspace and how we access the contents of consciousness to handle uncertainty and change
