By using a number of creative design processes, Bridgette is able to nurture imagination, bravery and risk-taking and the development of capacity beyond the business-as-usual. A useful collection of favourite tools and approaches are presented, in particular Harman Fan and Voice of the Future. Bridgette's own view of the future is one of a long descent, preceding an eventual longer-term period of 'Betterment'. Interesting commentary is also provided on what it means to be a feminist working as a Futures Practitioner.
