In an interesting community of characters Jay’s history and passions are striking. Now the current Chair of the Association of Professional Futurists, hear where Jay’s journey started as a conference organiser for Billy Graham and how he worked as a “Millennial Consultant” assisting communities of faith celebrate the 2000th birthday of Jesus Christ. A hurricane saw him accidentally fall into academia and then into a PhD. Jay explains his in depth working with groups which has help them to create powerful visions of the futures they wish to create and how futures work is leadership work.
